5-channel multispectral filters
Multi-spectral filters are precisely produced by a photolithography + coating composite process, using high-precision replica photolithography to create a deposition mask, and high performance filter films for each spectral band are sequentially coated within the deposition pattern. Multi-spectral filters have high transmittance, excellent filtering characteristics, multiple filtering channels integrated into a single substrate, and high spatial positional alignment accuracy. The products are widely used in spatial multispectral imaging, multispectral imaging spectrometer, medical multispectral imaging.
