Image-level (stepped) hyperspectral filters
The physical size of the spectral channel is an integer multiple of the detector pixel size in the column direction, and the same size as the detector imaging surface in the row direction, so as to ensure the same spectral response of the same pixel in the same row after integration. The spectral range, number of channels and arrangement can be designed according to customer requirements. The spectral range can cover visible and infrared, the number of channels can be selected from 16 channels, 32 channels, 64 channels, and the layout can be selected from one row for each channel in the center of the target surface, multi-channel periodic layout for the whole target surface, and single-channel multi-row layout for the whole target surface.
